| 1、拉力试验机力值的测量是经过测力传感器、扩大器和数据处置系统来完成测量。从资料力学上得知,在小变形前提下,一个弹性元件某一点的应变ε与弹性元件所受的力成正比,也与弹性的变构成正比。以S型试验机传感器为例,当传感器遭到拉力P的效果时,因为弹性元件外表粘贴有应变片,由于弹性元件的应变与外力P的巨细成正比例,故此将应变片接入测量电路中,即可经过测出其输出电压,然后测出力的巨细。 1.
