一、机身保养

I. body maintenance

1、定期的对钳口部位的螺钉进行检查，如果发现有松动的情况，要及时的将其拧紧。

2、保持镶钢板和衬板接触的滑动面、衬板上面的燕尾槽面的清洁，定期的在上面涂上一层二硫化钼（MoS2）润滑脂。

3、定期的检查链轮的传动情况，要是发现有松动发生，就要重新将张紧轮张紧。

二、油源保养

Two, oil source maintenance

1、定期的检查主机和油源处有没有漏油的地方，要是发现有漏油的情况，就要及时的更换密封圈或者是组合垫。

1, regular inspection of the host and the oil source, there is no oil leak, and if found to have oil spills, it is necessary to promptly replace the sealing ring or combination pad.

2、看油的使用期限与机器实际使用状况，定期更换滤芯以及吸油过滤器，并更换液压油。

3、如果长时间的不做试验，就要注意将主机电源关断。如果机器处于待机的状态，应该讲转换开关打到加载档，如果转换开关打在了快退档，电磁换向阀就会一直处在一个通电状态，这会对器件的使用寿命造成影响。

三、控制系统保养

1、定期的检查试验机和测控卡的连接是否接触良好，要是有松动，要及时的进行紧固。

2、如果试验之后有较长一段时间不使用机器，就要关闭电脑，同时拔出测控卡。

3、控制器上接口都是一一对应好的，要是插错了接口可能就会对设备造成损坏。

4、在插拔控制器上的接口的时候，一定要关闭控制器的电源。
