电子拉力试验机-拉力试验机出现示值误差后怎么调整
一、示值正偏差超差。
1. The positive deviation of indication is out of tolerance.
1、确认设备安装水平度符合规程要求后，检查工作部分的摩擦力有无过大，有的话调整导轮间隙；
1. After confirming that the installation levelness of the equipment meets the requirements of the regulations, check whether the friction force of the working part is too large, and adjust the clearance of the guide wheel if any;
2、如排除摩擦力后还是有正差，应将摆杆与推板连结轴套的紧固螺钉松开，将推板向内侧调整，固紧紧固螺钉后。由小度盘逐级检定。反复数次直到检定合格；

If there is a positive difference after eliminating the friction, loosen the fastening screw of the shaft sleeve connecting the swing rod and the push plate, adjust the push plate to the inside, and tighten the fastening screw. It is verified step by step by small dial. Repeat several times until the verification is qualified;
3、要是小度盘合格，而大、中度盘仍超差时，应适当增加B铊及C铊的重量,直至检定合格。

二、示值负偏差超差。

检查测力活塞是不是安装正确，摩擦力有无过大，这些原因排除后，将小度盘调整合格，仍超差需适当减轻B铊及C铊的重量，直到合格。
Check whether the force measuring piston is installed correctly and whether the friction force is too large. After these reasons are eliminated, adjust the small dial to be qualified. If it is still out of tolerance, properly reduce the weight of B thallium and C thallium until it is qualified.
三、示值误差在度盘上呈现“前正后负”或“前负后正”且个别点超差。
3. The indication error shows "front positive and back negative" or "front negative and back positive" on the dial and individual points are out of tolerance.
需改变推板与齿杆头接触面的角度，调整方法是将两个螺钉松开，用铜皮或者其他轻薄的金属片垫在钢片与推板之间的上侧或下侧，借以改变角度，反复检定调整后直至合格。
It is necessary to change the angle of the contact surface between the push plate and the toothed bar head. The adjustment method is to loosen the two screws, use copper sheet or other thin metal sheet to pad the upper side or the lower side between the steel sheet and the push plate, so as to change the angle, and repeatedly verify and adjust until it is qualified.
