万能电子拉力机维护和保养步骤 ：
Maintenance steps of universal electronic tensile machine:
1、万能电子拉力机在试验之前，必须保证系统提前预热20分钟以上，从而使温度影响降低到zui小。
1. Before the test of universal electronic tensile machine, the system must be preheated for more than 20 minutes in advance to reduce the temperature influence to Zui.
2、缓冲器用油应保持清洁，油面高度不足筒深三分之二时,应立即换掉。
2. The buffer oil shall be kept clean. If the height of the oil level is less than two thirds of the depth of the cylinder, it shall be replaced immediately.
3、拉力强度试验机开机前，检查摩擦活动部位是否应加注润滑油。

4、在加持试片前，必须将制动手柄卡住，加好试片后放开。
4. Before the test piece is loaded, the brake handle must be clamped and released after the test piece is added.
5、测力计主轴承不允许加油。变速箱内摩擦轮表面不得加油或溅有油渍，摩擦面应绝对清洁干净，不得将摆臂上的斜面块猛烈冲击。
5. Oil filling is not allowed for the main bearing of dynamometer. The surface of the friction wheel in the gearbox shall not be oiled or splashed with oil, the friction surface shall be absolutely clean, and the inclined block on the swing arm shall not be impacted violently.
6、试验完毕，切断电源后，再给试验机作表面清洁处理，及时进行防护,以防表面生锈。

7、平均每月对万能电子拉力机进行2到3次维护。
