1. 哑铃状试验片之截面积=厚度(cm)×平行部分宽度(cm)1KG≠9.8N

8. 试验结果之数目:试验片规定4个,但不足时,可采用3个,甚至2个,在此情况下,须要注明试片数。

9. 拉力机计算公式:抗拉强度不伸长率:抗拉强度不伸长率,依测定值之大小顺序排列。其为S1、S2、S3及S4,而依照下列计算:a.试验片4个 时:TB或EB=0.5S1+0.8S2+0.1(S3+S4)b.试验片3个:TB或EB=0.7S1+0.2S2+0.1S3c.试验片2个:TB或 EB=0.9S1+0.1S29.3抗应力:拉应力由测定值之平均值表示之。记录:在试验结果表上,必须记录下列各项: A.抗拉强度(Kg/cm2)、伸长率(%)、拉应力(Kg/cm2)。 B.试验机之能力(容量)。C.试验片之形状及试验片号。D.试验温度。E.其它必要事项。
9. Calculation formula of tensile machine: tensile strength non elongation: tensile strength non elongation, in order of measured value. It is S1, S2, S3 and S4 according to the following calculation: A. when there are 4 test pieces: TB or EB = 0.5s1 + 0.8s2 + 0.1 (S3 + S4); B. when there are 3 test pieces: TB or EB = 0.7s1 + 0.2s2 + 0.1s3c. When there are 2 test pieces: TB or EB = 0.9s1 + 0.1s29.3, the tensile stress is expressed by the average value of the measured value. Record: on the test result table, the following items must be recorded: A. tensile strength (kg / cm2), elongation (%), tensile stress (kg / cm2). B. capacity of testing machine. C. shape and number of test piece. D. test temperature. E. other necessary matters.
